22nd Spanish Meeting Contest Rules

The Contest is open to all stations (RC or non-RC) with the exchange of a progressive number 
(1 contact = 1 progressive number given and 1 progressive number received).

RC stations must use the following callsign like : XX RC XX + /22SM (example: 30RC001/22SM)
SM = Spanish Meeting

No points will be awarded for contacts where the operators have not sent their log.

A very nice special QSL card will be printed for this event, featuring all members attending the Meeting.

DATES

The Contest will take place over 48 hours, during the last weekend of May and the first weekend of June, 
from Saturday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC
(dates: 30/05 – 31/05, 06/06 – 07/06/2026).

The list of progressive numbers must be sent to the group within approximately 30 days after the end of the contest to the Contest Manager.
The log must contain at least: the callsign of the contacted station, the date of the contact, the progressive number given and the progressive number received.

FREQUENCIES

Calling frequencies: 27.555 MHz and 27.710 MHz (USB)

POINTS

Points will be calculated as follows:

1 point: For each RC or non-RC station contacted during the previous weekend.
10 points: For each RC or non-RC station contacted that participates in the Contest using its callsign + /22SM.
20 points: For an RC activation during both Contest weekends (only one contact may be established throughout the entire Contest).

Contacts must not be made on the calling frequencies 27.555 MHz and 27.710 MHz.

Non-RC stations may contact each other.

Non-RC stations must use their callsign + /22SM (example: 30XX001/22SM).

AWARDS

There will be 3 awards presented during the Meeting, which will take place in November 2026, for the following stations:

RC member from Division 30 with the highest number of points.
RC member outside Division 30 with the highest number of points.
Non-RC station with the highest number of points.

QSL EXCHANGE

QSL exchange will not be mandatory. Those who wish to exchange QSL cards must send a standard contribution to the Contest Manager to cover shipping costs.

Any station that submits its log with a minimum of 5 contacts will receive the Meeting QSL card free of charge.
